Center of the universe in Tulsa

There is no recognized "Center of the Universe" in Tulsa, Oklahoma. However, there is a popular tourist attraction known as the "Center of the Universe" that is located in downtown Tulsa.

The Center of the Universe is a small circle on a pedestrian bridge that spans across the Arkansas River. When standing in the center of the circle and speaking, the sound is echoed back in a very unusual and mysterious way. It creates the illusion that the sound is coming from all directions at once, and visitors often describe it as a "whispering gallery" effect.

Despite its name, the Center of the Universe has no scientific or astronomical significance. It is purely a tourist attraction and a popular spot for visitors to take photos and experience the unique acoustic phenomenon.

So, while there is no recognized center of the universe in Tulsa or anywhere else for that matter, the Center of the Universe remains a fascinating and mysterious attraction that continues to draw visitors from all over the world.
